Getting the app
Cue Killer is on the App Store. Download it here on your iPad or iPhone, or search “Cue Killer” on the App Store. Your first month is free with no payment card required. An Android version is coming soon.
Requirements
- An iOS device running iOS 18 or later.
- An external display over HDMI/USB-C if you want a separate audience screen (optional).
- A Flic or Bluetooth clicker if you want a physical remote (optional).
Common questions
How does the cue list work?
Your show is one ordered list of cues. GO fires the next cue. A slide, a sound, the camera, an overlay. BACK just moves the standby marker; it doesn’t replay. Tap any cue to re-arm GO there.
Can it play my PowerPoint with animations?
iOS can’t run live PowerPoint or Keynote animations inside another app. Cue Killer imports slides as images or PDF pages and advances them with GO, so you keep precise on-cue control. Hero animations can be added as short video cues.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The app runs entirely on your device. The optional web remote works over your own local Wi-Fi only.
Where is my data stored?
Your shows, cues, and imported media stay on your device. Account and subscription records are stored securely so Cue Killer can sign you in and verify access. See the Privacy Policy for details.
