These terms apply when you create a Cue Killer account, use the website or app, redeem a promo code, or purchase a subscription. By using Cue Killer, you agree to these terms.

Access plans

A new signed-in account includes one month of unlimited-show trial access without requiring a payment card. Existing eligible free accounts also receive a one-month trial as part of this transition. After the trial ends, an active paid subscription, promo grant, or qualifying legacy grant is required for continued access. Features may change as Cue Killer develops.

Subscriptions and renewal

• The monthly plan costs $12 USD and renews every month until canceled.
• The yearly plan costs $120 USD and renews every year until canceled.
• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Stripe processes payment using the method you provide on its hosted checkout page.

You authorize recurring charges for the selected plan until you cancel. You can cancel or update your payment method from My Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the billing portal states otherwise.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly so we can review it.

Promo and legacy access

Promo codes may be limited to a specific account, duration, or number of uses. They have no cash value and may be revoked if obtained or used fraudulently. V2 and qualifying Booked Solid Otto customers receive the legacy access term assigned to their account.

Your account

Keep your password and devices secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Cue Killer, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malware, or use the service in violation of law or another person’s rights.

Availability

We work to keep Cue Killer reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Internet-dependent account, billing, AI, and website features may be interrupted. Keep appropriate show backups and do not rely on any single device or service for safety-critical operation.

Changes

We may update these terms as Cue Killer changes. The updated date above will change, and material changes will be posted here.
